Terms and Conditions

𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞/𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞

Packages are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and not for sharing. Early termination incurs a 30% fee on the package total value, and all used sessions would be charged on an à la carte basis.

10 Water Training Sessions: 6 months

20 Water Training Sessions: 12 months

30 Water Training Sessions: 12 months

* All baby massages, if any, share the same validity as the signed packages.

𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐬

One-time 6-month extension at $50 (before expiry).

$20 per unused expired session for reinstatement.

$3 card replacement fee.

Recommended 1–2 sessions weekly.

1-week break after vaccination.

𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬

1. Only BabySPA swim diapers allowed.

2. Bring your own towel.

3. 20% off selected products.

Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

1. Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.

2. Failure to attend the appointment or late cancellation may result in the forfeiture of the session.

3. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session duration without any refund or extension.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

1. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their baby is medically fit for water activities and massage.

2. BabySPA reserves the right to refuse service if a baby is unwell, has a contagious condition, or if participation may pose a risk to the baby or others.

3. Parents/guardians must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs before the session.

Liability Waiver

1. While all reasonable care and safety measures are taken, BabySPA shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, or adverse effects arising from the use of our facilities or services, except where required by law.

2. Parents/guardians agree to always supervise their baby and follow all safety instructions provided by staff.

Media & Promotional Use

1. BabySPA may capture photos or videos for operational and promotional purposes. By attending the session, customers consent to such use unless otherwise stated before the session.

General

1. BabySPA reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. In the event of any dispute, BabySPA’s decision shall be final.
